- We provide ESL in black, red, and white. Some models offer four colors: black, red, white, and yellow.
- How long is the battery life?
- The normal battery life is 5 years. You can replace the battery with standard types available locally when needed.
- How to update prices with an ERP system?
- We support two methods: 1) Standard API for ERP vendors to push data to our cloud system. 2) Custom interface development based on ERP vendor documentation. Our software fully supports Spanish characters.
- How does the price tag connect to the base station?
- Communication uses a private 2.4G protocol, not WiFi. An extra router or switch is needed to connect the base station to the cloud platform.
- What certifications does the ESL have?
- The ESL has CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications.
- What customization options are available?
- We can add your company logo and customize the casing color (white is standard). Other colors require a minimum order quantity.
