FAQ

Q1: What color of ESL we provide?
A1: About ESL color: we have three colors black, red, white, some have four color black, red, white, yellow.

Q2: How long the life time of the ESL battery?
A2: Normally is 5 years, we use the normal type battery in the market, when it out of battery, you can buy the battery in your local continue to use ESL.

Q3: How to update the price with ERP system? Does it support Spanish?
A3: We have 2 ways to achieve it,ESL interface and software fully support Spanish characters.
Way 1: We provide standard API interface, ERP vendors will push the data to our cloud price tag system through the API interface.
Way 2: ERP vendors provide API interface documentation, we carry out interface development.

Q4: How to connect the price tag with the base station?
A4: The communication between the price tag and the base station is not through WIFI, it is the private protocol of 2.4G, it needs extra router or switch for the price tag base station to connect to the cloud platform.

Q5: About the customized options, such as add company logo on ESL or the color of ESL?
A5: The ESL is reserved for labeling and we can provide electronic price tags without any company logo, which can be affixed with your company logo. In terms of colour we currently offer ESL in a white casing, other colour can be customized but there is a minimum order quantity.

Q6: Before the bulk order, how to test ESL?
A9: we have a demo kit, it includes most of our tag sizes and types, it also have a AP and power adapter, the price is 225$, normally our clients buy it to test.

Q7: what level of customization is allowed?
A10: Functional customization according to the project.

Q8: ESL security level with the server?
A8: Depending on the deployment environment, the security level will be different. If deployed locally, it will be the highest security level.

Q10: Did we receive configuration and installation training?
A10: If you purchase a product, we will provide a full set of product manuals and training.
